Warranty Information

All ROCKPOWER products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues that arise under normal usage conditions. Please note that the warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return only if:

  • The item received is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • The product is significantly different from what was ordered.
  • The wrong item was delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must have been purchased directly from ROCKPOWER or an authorized retailer.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when received.
  • A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase date or the delivery date (for orders placed through our online store), whichever is applicable.
  • A clear photo or video proof must be provided for any claimed defect or issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been damaged after receipt.
  • Products not in their original condition or missing parts.
  • Items purchased on clearance or as part of a final sale.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Package the Product: Carefully repack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories.
  3. Ship the Product: Send the package to the nearest care centre (address provided by our customer service team).

Refunds Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the refund status.

We reserve the right to decline refunds if:

  • Claims are found to be unsubstantiated
  • Returned products show signs of use or mishandling
  • There is evidence of policy abuse or fraudulent activity

If approved:

  • Full Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

Exchanges
